Michael Williams, MS joined the ITN from Cable and Wireless, Inc., a global 1000 Telecommunications Managed Services headquartered in San Francisco, where he managed a global team of 30 IT engineers, project managers and managers. He was responsible for the engineering, implementation, and support of systems and networks into Tier 1 data center facilities located on four continents, serving customers such as UBS Warburg, Fox Networks and Cisco Systems. This, and previous experience in IT outsourcing professional services, has contributed to Mr. Williams deep knowledge of mission-critical, secured, enterprise class Information Technology networks, systems and application solutions. He is also experienced in a wide range of technology platforms that include technologies from Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, Cisco and Linux. Mr. Williams holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems and Technology from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Williams is the ITN Executive Director of Information Technology.
