List of Tolerance-related Genes

The ITN, in cooperation with Applied Biosystems and Celera Genomics, has compiled a list of 1,000 genes believed to have specific relevance to immune tolerance and the immune response.

The list inclides known genes and ESTs suspected to be involved in immune regulation, including genes for cytokines/chemokines, cell surface receptors, apoptosis proteins, signal transduction molecules, transcription factors, heat shock proteins, extracellular proteins and nuclear receptors.

The following spreadsheet contains a detailed list of the genes:

Probe-primer pairs for all sequences in the list are available for purchase from Applied Biosystems Assays-on-Demand Service.
