Software Engineer

| Job Summary |
Incumbent will perform web application development, testing and support in production; work closely with end-users and the informatics management team to gather information and define application and feature requirements, as well as provide key information to estimate required resources, activities, deliverables and schedules; define software development guidelines and best practices; demonstrate leadership in application architecture and software development; investigate and evaluate new technologies and products and make recommendations; provide conceptual and detailed designs; participate in producing documentation for software designed; and perform other duties as assigned. Note: Compensation level will be dependent on the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. |

| Qualifications |
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field; a minimum of four years of technical experience; at least two years of experience developing web applications with ASP.Net/C#; solid understanding of software development principles and best practices; demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into comprehensive software design; ability to understand and express complex and technical topics to both technical and business teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; inquisitive mind with an investigate attitude; a minimum of four years of experience in software development. Note: Fingerprinting and background check will be required. |

ASP.Net, C#, IIS, .Net Web Services, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, J2EE, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports or MS Reporting Services. |
