Aaron Gannon Promoted to Director of IT Operations

Aaron Gannon, recent winner of the ITN Achievers Award, has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to the success of the ITN. In recognition of Aaron’s determination and success, he has been promoted to Director of IT Operations.  Aaron’s new responsibilities include additional oversight/ownership of ongoing projects, primary point of contact for IT operational issues, and an increased integration with various ITN units. Since May 2011, when he transitioned to working full-time for the ITN, his impact on the organization has been substantial. Aaron has led many major projects that have resulted in a more robust infrastructure, better customer services, and a deeper integration of IT with the business. The IT team has become leaner and more focused on providing solutions that enhance and support ITN operations, rather than solely providing commodity solutions such as servers, storage, and end-user/device support. As Director of IT Operations, Aaron will partner with all ITN stakeholders to continue driving the team towards providing mission-aligned solutions.
