As you have learned from our meetings, a set of communication and graphic tools have been developed for your use, reflecting the new corporate graphic standards. Your support in branding the ITN from the “inside-out” is crucial to increasing ITN awareness and to encouraging our affiliates and partners to also recognize and use the ITN brand. From this point forward, please employ these resources and eliminate all other outdated communications materials and templates. Thank you.
Printed letterhead and envelopes
These are available for each office location (Bethesda, San Francisco, and Seattle).
Word document templates
Letterhead, memo, agenda, minutes, faxes and labels templates have been customized for each office location. These templates can be easily accessed in Microsoft Word via New document → Templates → ITN Folders.
Two Sets of PowerPoint templates
There are Standard and Scientific versions of these templates. Each provides a selection of slide-styles to choose from, depending upon the type/amount of information (text- friendly to data-friendly). Included in these templates are multiple funding acknowledgement slides to select from, depending upon the specific research area being discussed. Instructions for use are also part of each set of templates. These templates can be located in Microsoft PowerPoint via New → Templates → ITN Folders.
Corporate fonts
Arial is the font to be used for print letterhead and Word template communications. Calibri is the font to be used for email communications and PowerPoint templates.
Brand names guide
This is a document listing all clinical trial brand names along with the ITN protocol number, short title, and protocol chair name. This can be found on the Member Portal in the Shortcuts box.
Brand standards and guidelines document
This is also available for your reference and to share with any vendors you may work with to generate print or electronic communications on behalf of the ITN. This document can be found on the Member Portal, in the Shortcuts box, under Templates.
Copy standards document
This document establishes our standard ITN description, clinical trial naming conventions (with Brand Names first and foremost!), and funding acknowledgements by research area. This document can be found on the Member Portal, in the Shortcuts box, under Templates.
Contact your Administrative Excellence team member with questions or problems you may have finding and using these tools. Your feedback to ITNCommunications@immunetolerance.org as to how these tools can be improved and expanded is always appreciated.
