The ITN TrialShare web portal (https://itntrialshare.org/) now has a user support hotline! Users can email TrialShareSupport@immunetolerance.org or call 240-367-0245 for assistance with technical difficulties, data queries, creating analyses, or simply for guidance on using the system. The ITN TrialShare help desk is staffed by the Data Management Group (DMG) Subject Matter Expert, Michael Stahly.
Mike joined ITN in March 2012 and since then has been working on loading data into the DMG data warehouse, writing programs for data integration and validation, and providing analytical support to the Data Analysis Group (DAG). In addition, Mike is now working with others in the DMG and the DAG to streamline the process of configuring and loading study data into ITN TrialShare, and has begun providing training and user support for the system. Mike can be contacted through the ITN TrialShare support email or hotline, or directly at mstahly@immunetolerance.org.
Please note that currently ITN TrialShare is in Beta and undergoing usability testing. Current studies that are accessible by the Study Management Teams (SMTs) include AWISH, IL-2 (Greenbaum), WISP-R, AbATE and RAVE.
